By downloading, installing, or using BetSlip Golf (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

BetSlip Golf is a calculator and scorecard tool designed to help golfers track various betting games during rounds of golf. The App provides mathematical calculations for games including Nassau, Skins, Wolf, Hammer, Dots/Trash, and Bingo Bango Bongo. The App is a utility tool only and does not facilitate, process, or manage actual financial transactions or gambling.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding golf wagering and social betting in your jurisdiction. BetSlip Golf is intended for use in friendly, social golf betting contexts. The App does not constitute a gambling platform and does not accept, hold, or transfer any funds.

Subscriptions and Purchases

BetSlip Golf offers optional premium features available through auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time through your iPhone’s Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within BetSlip Golf are owned by Sentinel Decision Systems, Inc. and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

BetSlip Golf is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculations will be accurate in all circumstances. You should verify all bet calculations independently before settling any wagers.

Limitation of Liability

Sentinel Decision Systems, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses from golf wagers calculated using the App.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 17 years of age to use BetSlip Golf. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
