The PowaKaddy FW family was a massive success in 2016, it’s most successful PowaKaddy range ever. This year Powakaddy have made some tweaks and upgrades to make it there range even better. Here’s my PowaKaddy FW3ireview and final verdict.

The main changes at first glance is the beautifully designed digital screen. On the Powakaddy FW3 model, it displays the power gauge and battery indicator.

The PowaKaddy FW3 trolley design is very strong and robust. In addition the motors have more power and that really helps on the hills and when in the rough. Both of these changes are great for golfers. Yes, you might pay a little more for the advancements in tech and engineering, but you will receive a super reliable product that lasts longer.
Battery Options
You have 2 options when choosing your Lithium battery for the PowaKaddy FW3. The 18 hole or 36 hole battery. Now this is purely up to personal choice which one you choose. But, if you play golf twice a week and tend to be forgetful, I would most certainly pick the 36 hole battery to be honest.

Performance
The PowaKaddy FW3 Electric Golf Trolley is also very quick. It has a 9 speed functions with 5-6 being a nice steady pace. With top speed on the digital dial being 9, you can hold on tight to the T-bar grip and literally let the PowaKaddy FW3 drag you around the course.
The added speed is fantastic for hills and and mucky days. The PowaKaddy FW3 strides through without any issues. The T-bar grip is soft and comfortable that allows for easy steering and control.
Warranty For PowaKaddy FW
You can have great confidence in buying from PowaKaddy. The PowaKaddy FW3 Electric Golf Trolley has a 5 year warranty on the battery and two on the trolley.
Once you purchase the PowaKaddy FW3, simply go onto the Powakaddy website, input the serial numbers of the trolley, battery and charger and your set. You also get entered into a monthly draw for a Powakaddy golf bag every month.

The PowaKaddy FW3 electric golf trolley is an excellent entry level offering from Powakaddy. If you are looking for an excellent performing Powakaddy that’s strong, durable and nice to use; you cannot go far wrong with the PowaKaddy FW3 electric golf trolley.

Combined with the warranty you get with your purchase, it’s a no brainier. 2 years warranty on your trolley and a fantastic 5 year warranty on your lithium battery, you can purchase the PowaKaddy FW3 as a long term investment without any worry.
It get’s a 8/10 from me. The reasons it does not receive a 10/10 is the lack of the USB charger and battery percentage indicator. It would be a nice feature that would be extremely useful, especially those who own a golf GPS device.
A battery percentage indicator also, rather than three battery colours would’ve been better as when it’s on orange you are just waiting for it to go red which is dead.
However, this is me being picky, remember this is an entry level electric golf trolley. The PowaKaddy FW3 an excellent golf trolley that will not disappoint.
